RentChime is a reminder and record-keeping service for landlords. It sends rent-due reminders, late-rent notices, and payment receipts by SMS.

SMS terms

Tenants opt in by texting YES; no messages are sent without consent. Reply STOP to end all messages, HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies with the reminder schedule a landlord sets.

What RentChime is not

RentChime does not process, hold, or transfer rent payments, does not provide legal advice, and is not a party to any lease. Templates and calculators are general information, not legal advice.
